FAQ

Can I reuse my false eyelashes?

- Yes, absolutely! The lightweight band of our lash strips are designed to be worn  15+ times with proper care.

How do I clean my false eyelashes?

  1.  Grab your favorite light facial cleanser/ oil cleanser to release the glue at the base of your lash line.
  2. Once the glue is a tacky consistency, use your fingertips or a paper towel to wipe off the glue on the lash line.
  3. Let them air dry on top of your lash tray. 
  4. Now your lashes are ready to wear again!
Be gentle with removal to ensure you keep those perfect lashes in tact.


Are false lashes safe for daily wear?

- Of course! As long as you are gently applying and removing your lash strips, daily wear is reccommended. 

Do you offer custom lash orders?

- At this time we are not accepting orders for custom lash strips. We are excited to be bringing this feature back in the near future. Subscribe and follow us to stay updated! 

How do I store my false lashes properly?

- We recommend using your lash case to store your lash strips. Clean the glue off your lash line and store them for your next wear.

Can I cut my false lashes to fit my eye shape?

- We definitely recommend cutting your lash strips! Customize your lash strips to ensure you slay your own way!

How many times can I reuse my lash strips?

- As many times as you'd like with the proper care. The bands are sturdy enough to clean the glue off and rewear them whenever you're ready.

Can I wear my lash strips with contacts or glasses?

- Absolutely! We have short styles available for our girlies with glasses. 


Shipping Questions 

Do you provide tracking information for orders?

- Yes we do. Tracking information will be sent out as soon as we create a shipping label for your order. 

How long does shipping take?

- Refer to our shipping policy page.

Do you ship to P.O Boxes?

- Yes, as long as your address is deliverable, we accept P.O. Box deliveries.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

- After you've placed your order, we cannot make any changes unfortunately. 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

-  Yes! Select RUSH shipping at checkout.

What is your return policy for damaged or lost packages?

- Check out our Shipping Policy page. 

Can I get a refund if I change my mind about my purchase?

- At this time we cannot make changes to any orders placed.  Contact us and we can try our best to cancel your order if we haven't already provided shipping information.

Do you offer refunds for sale or clearance items?

- Unfortunately no.
